Approximately one month before your wedding, I'll reach out to you to confirm all the previously agreed details. With just 30 days until your wedding day, the final deposit should have been settled to secure the service.

Given the delicate nature of these cakes, ensuring the delivery and assembly service at the wedding venue is crucial. From this point onwards, I'll liaise with the wedding planner or the designated individual at the venue to coordinate the delivery.

FAQ's

How far in advance should I place an order for my cake?

As the entire process is managed only by me, the number of orders per week are limited. It is important to keep in mind that all wedding cakes require planning, therefore I would prefer as much notice as possible.

If you want to go ahead with your order confirmation but don't know yet the exact details for the cake, no problem. Details can be worked out later. The most important thing is to guarantee the date.

How do I confirm my order?

To confirm and guarantee your order, an initial deposit of 50% of the estimated amount is required. No booking is confirmed until the initial deposit is made.

The initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date/event.

How can I make the payment?

Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer (with proof of payment sent by email) in cash or using WISE

I have guests with special dieteries, what do I do?

Whenever I get a new order, I like to ask about specail dietaries. I can make vegan options as well as gluten-free options. Bearing in mind that, my kitchen is not a vegan or gluten-free kitchen, there is a risk of cross-contamination and milk, nuts or gluten traces. Having this in mind, all orders that include special dieteties requirement are analyzed individually and the customer is informed of all the conditions, so that they can decide whether to proceed with the order.

Can I send a picture of the cake that I want?

It is possible to send pictures of cakes that you like. However, these images are used for inspiration only.

Each order is analyzed individually and images are used to understand the style that the couple wants and/or to visually explain details that are interesting to the concept. I will not make copy of other cakes.

What is the price for a wedding cake ?

For each enquiry an tailor made quote is sent.

There are several variants to consider when we talk about a wedding cake. From the number of guests, delivery location and the design, that can have different complexity from order to order. For all this, it is very difficult to give an estimated value.

For each order, I send you some questions that will help me understand the wedding and expectations for the cake. Based on those questions I'll send you a proposal.
