I have a passion for good food, engaging conversations, and moments of quiet reflection.
Before delving into this project, I pursued studies in Tourism and more than 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During this time, I specialized in organizing corporate events and weddings. It was during this time that my passion for cake design grew stronger, prompting me to dedicate myself fully to this craft in 2020.
I consider myself a determined individual who values planning and learnig. I firmly believe that with proper planning, goal-setting, and continuous learning, we can effect significant changes in our lives.
Fun Facts
The name "adoçar" in Portuguese means "to sweeten," which is often associated with cakes and pastries. It also ends in "AR," which is reminiscent of "Ana Rita."
I can't decide on my favorite color, food, or even music. I like many of them, and each can become my favorite in different situations.
