Hi, I’m Rita.

I’m the founder of adoçAR atelier, a wedding cake creative direction studio based in the Algarve.

My background brings together baking, hospitality and the wedding industry. Over time, this led me to a clearer way of working: not starting from a cake style, but from the wedding itself.

I look at the setting, the scale and the atmosphere before defining the direction for the cake, so it feels considered and naturally part of the celebration.

My role is not to offer endless options, but to guide each couple through a process that feels clear, calm and well structured from the beginning.

The aim is always the same: to create a cake that belongs to the wedding as a whole, and to make the decision feel easier along the way.
