How to place an order?

 

Step 1

As soon as you have set the party/celebration date, get in contact to place your order.

You can fill in the form or send an email to adocar.arc@gmail.com with the following information:

- Date

- Number of guests or cake size of your preference;

- Images to use as inspiration

With this information I will send you a quote for your request.

Like the design proposal and want to move forward?

To confirm your order a 50% deposit is required.

step 3

You can collect your cake in Estoi or include delivery service to your order.

When collecting/at the delivery the remaining 50% must be settle.

For tier cakes I recommend to include delivery service on you order. Tier cakes are delicate and driving must be as carefully as possible.

FAQ+ Terms and Conditions

  • HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

I work by myself, for that reason availability is limited. I recommend you to get in touch as soon as you can.

When you place an order it does not mean that the date has been blocked/reserved. Even if you get in thouch some time in advance but you only decide to confirm closer to the party date, the date may no longer be available.

  • CAN I SEND AN IMAGE OF THE CAKE I WANT?

Yes, of course. I always recomend to send images that I can use as inspiration to create your design. Always bare in mind that this images are used as inspiration only. I don’t do copies of other cakes.

  • WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

In case you need to cancel please note that the 1st deposit is non refundable.

  • SPECIAL DIETERIES

Please note all my products contain some or all of the following allergens: gluten, eggs, nuts and dairy products.

Gluten free and vegan cakes are available upon request and are suitable for individuals with intolerances or for those who choose not to include gluten or dairy products in their diets. They are not advised for clients with allergies as I cannot guarantee they are allergen free.

  • HOW TO KEEP YOUR CAKE FRESH

To ensure quality, the cake should be placed in the fridge as soon as possible. The cake should be consumed at room temperature, so it should be removed from the fridge about 1h (summer) or 2h (winter) before cutting. The cake must not be exposed to direct sunlight or hot environments.
